My bokashi bin is quite old (>10 y), but still totally functional. My original lid had split because it had so much use and had also been left outside. I was thrilled to be able to replace it rather than throw away the whole bin. The new lid is a snug fit, giving a good airtight seal, so that there is not the constant compost smell. It was totally worth the purchase price.

Arrived promptly and everything was in order. Bery happy. However, packaging could be more environmentally responsible rather than using plastic.

It is so handy to have an extra lid.

Our old lid had cracks after 4ish years of being constantly in sun under open elements and constant use. It was starting to let water in which was an issue.
